Cell Phone Store Counter

This cell phone store counter project was produced for a mall phone kiosk in Turkey in 2016. The operator needed a single counter run that could hold accessories on pegboard, handsets under glass, and a service point at one end, all within a narrow concourse footprint.

The kiosk was built from three counter modules forming a 4 m run, two 2.4 m illuminated towers with teal caps, three perforated accessory panels with hooks and shelf ledges, two poster lightboxes at the counter ends, and a red LED plinth under the run.

The design keeps the long face active: the three pegboard panels let accessories hang at eye level, the glass top holds handsets flat, and the two towers break the run at third points so it does not read as one heavy block. White lacquer and teal caps give the brand a clean edge, while the red plinth light separates the counter from the mall floor. Service sits at the open end, with the till and bag stack kept below the glass line so the display stays uninterrupted.

Modules ship pre-assembled with the pegboard panels, glass tops and LED strips fitted; towers arrive in one piece with the lightbox face wired. On site the crew levels each module, joins the run with white filler panels, fits the poster frames and connects the plinth and tower lighting to separate switches. The counter stands on levelling feet and can be re-blocked without cutting into the tile. Each module is wrapped individually for transport, poster frames are fitted last so their graphics are not scratched, and the towers are shimmed at the base before the glass tops go on, with the glass packed in its own crate.

Customization includes run length, pegboard panel size and hook layout, tower height, poster format, lacquer and cap colour, and the position of the service opening.
