Modern Retail Store Fixtures

This modern retail store fixtures project was delivered for a candy store in Canada built around one strong idea: a deep blue ceiling and structural bays cut against high-gloss yellow fixture bodies. Cartoon murals cover the walls, candy-shaped pendant lights hang in clusters, and long runs of illuminated shelving carry the full assortment from the entrance to the checkout.

We fabricated the complete fixture package — yellow cashier counters with glass display tops, double-sided island gondolas, perimeter wall shelving with integrated LED, acrylic bin inserts, the mural-clad wall panels, and the pendant light clusters that double as decoration.

Because the store sells colour, the fixtures stay simple and confident: saturated yellow lacquer on MDF bodies, blue structural beams and ceiling plane, clear acrylic bins so the product reads at a glance, and continuous LED lines washing each shelf rather than spotlights that create shadows. Printed vinyl graphics hold the cartoon characters on the wall panels and are replaceable when the brand refreshes its campaign.

The plan uses one long aisle loop so customers walk the full range before reaching the counter, with lower shelving on the child-facing side and high-capacity bays on the wall. Counter tops are flat and wipe-clean, bin inserts lift out for refilling, and the gondola bases are set on levelling feet so the floor stays even across the sales area.

Customization includes fixture colour matching to brand guidelines, gondola length, shelf pitch, bin size, mural artwork, LED colour temperature and the checkout counter layout.
