OEM & ODM FAQ

What is the difference between OEM and ODM?

OEM means we manufacture to your drawings. ODM means you take one of our existing designs and put your branding on it.

Are you a factory or a trading company?

A factory, founded in 1998, with a 3,200㎡ plant in Guangzhou. We do our own woodwork, metalwork, glass and finishing.

What is your MOQ for custom display cases?

It depends on the design; typically 10–50 pieces. Send your spec for a firm number.

What is the lead time for OEM production?

20–25 days for standard products, 30–45 days for complex custom casework. Shipping adds 20–45 days depending on destination.

Can you produce according to our drawings (CAD/3D)?

Yes. We accept CAD, 3D files, PDFs and photos. Materials, finish and cost are confirmed before production.

What certifications does your factory hold?

ISO 9001 and CE. Third-party inspections are available on request.

Can you ship to the USA / Europe? What are the shipping terms?

Yes, those are our main markets. We ship FOB Guangzhou, or CIF/DDP to your port, by sea or air.

Do you provide free design / 3D rendering?

For OEM work, 3D rendering is free at RFQ stage. For ODM, we adapt an existing design to your store layout.
