A pedestal showcase built to protect and present
Design style：A tiered wall display shelf built from open box modules that are staggered up the wall, so the unit steps sideways as it rises instead of reading as a flat grid. Each module is a shallow open box — 600 mm wide, 300 mm deep and 2200 mm high over the full column — with a slim metal sub-frame inside a lacquered box carcass, and the boxes are offset from one another to create a staircase pattern with usable flat tops. A recessed spotlight sits in the top face of every box, so each module is lit individually from above and the product inside is picked out without any visible fixture. The modules can be stacked in a single column or combined side by side to dress a whole wall, and because the boxes are open on the front and top they suit display objects, boxed sets, accessories and decorative pieces at eye level. The column finishes on a lower storage cabinet with flush doors, which takes stock and packaging out of sight and gives the display a solid base. The unit is supplied in white and in black, so it can either disappear into a pale wall or read as a strong graphic statement, and modules can be added over time as a range grows.
