Vape Station

A vape station built for a retailer in the United States in 2024, produced as a stepped glass counter against a slatwall elevation. The store needed a station where staff could hand product across the counter and customers could still see the full range behind them.

The counter is a black-framed glass case on a white carcass, with the display deck stepped in three rising tiers rather than one flat plane. That step is the working detail: the front tier sits at hand height for transaction, the rear tiers rise so product at the back is visible over the top of the case.

A green LED strip runs the full length under the plinth and washes the floor, giving the run a base line without a physical kerb. Glass shelves inside are pinned at fixed increments so the station can be reset for a promotion in under an hour.

The slatwall behind takes the wall fixtures, and the counter is set back far enough to leave a staff lane. Specifying the offset from the wall rather than from the aisle is what keeps a station usable at peak.

Production ran on the factory cycle: approved drawings, sample sign-off, thirty to forty-five days in the casework shop, then flat-packed crating from Guangzhou with assembly drawings and a spare glass shelf set.
