Vape Pen Stand

A vape pen stand programme delivered to a retailer in the United States in 2025 as a retrofit rather than a new build. The store had an existing black wall and counter, and the job was to make both hold small-format product properly without replacing either.

On the wall, the black gondola was re-fitted with adjustable shelf decks and a lit reveal so small packs could be faced in rows instead of stacked. On the floor, a black glass counter run was added with internal glass tiers pinned close together — the pitch that small product needs, which standard retail cases do not offer.

The counter is set forward of the wall by a staff lane and capped with a low glass rail, so product can be handed across without the customer reaching into the case. Every case module lifts off its plinth for cleaning.

The retrofit logic is the interesting part: because the new fixtures matched the existing black, the store kept its identity and gained capacity in one phase instead of a shutdown and a rebuild.

Production ran on the standard cycle — site measurements converted to shop drawings, a sample module signed off, production in thirty to forty-five days, and flat-packed crating from Guangzhou. Spare glass tiers shipped with the order.
