Can I get a sample before the bulk order?
Yes. For custom work we make a pre-production sample, usually in 7–10 days. The sample cost is credited to your bulk order.
What is the difference between OEM and ODM?
OEM means we manufacture to your drawings. ODM means you take one of our existing designs and put your branding on it.
Do you ship to the USA, Australia and Germany?
Yes — those are our main markets. We also keep local installation crews in those three countries for whole-store projects.
What certifications does your factory hold?
CE certification on applicable products and ISO 9001 quality management. Third-party inspections are available on request.
Can you build from our drawings?
Yes. Send CAD, 3D files, PDFs or photos. We confirm materials, finish and cost before production starts.
