Display Stand for Mobile Phone

A display stand for mobile phone programme built for a phone shop in Germany, laid out over an estimated 60 to 100 square metres. The store’s differentiator is colour: a single coral-orange runs through every fixture, held against white decks, white floors and white ceilings so the shop reads unmistakably from the mall corridor.

The wall bays carry most of the range. Each bay is an orange frame with a slatwall core and a run of adjustable shelves and hooks, so boxed handsets and small accessories can be re-merchandised without new joinery. Above every bay sits a recessed graphic lightbox — laptop and handset imagery on a lit panel — which gives the wall its scale and takes the pressure off product packaging for visual impact.

The island counter is the working centre of the shop. An orange body with a white top holds a partitioned display deck at the front, with a checkout position and stock storage behind it. White bar stools let the salesperson sit with a customer through a contract or a data transfer, which is where most of the time in a phone shop actually goes.

Demo hardware matters more than it looks. The handsets are held on adjustable display stands that lift, tilt and rotate, with the tether routed through the stand base rather than across the counter top. Every stand is set to the same height so a row of handsets reads as one line and a customer can compare models at a glance.

Production followed the standard factory sequence: drawings approved before cutting, a pre-production sample in seven to ten days, custom casework in thirty to forty-five days, then KD flat-pack or assembled shipping from Guangzhou with spare parts and reorder support.
