Mobile Phone Display Table

Project Overview

A mobile phone display table and open-shelving programme supplied to a phone shop in France, across an estimated 60 to 100 square metres. The store sells packaged handsets rather than a demo wall, so the fixtures were planned around storage density and a walkable sales floor instead of a lockable counter line.

The wall strategy is open. Warm-toned timber frames hold white interior shelving with integrated backlighting, arranged in stacks deep enough to present boxed handsets face-out. Because nothing is behind glass, staff restock in a single pass, and the wall stays legible as a product wall rather than a storage wall.

The main visual anchor is a pair of large backlit product posters set into slotted timber frames. Each frame is built with a routed channel so the graphic can be pulled and swapped when a new handset generation launches — the structure stays, the artwork changes. A matching service counter with drawers sits below, keeping chargers and paperwork off the open shelves.

On the floor, mobile phone display tables do the selling. Each table is a timber-faced deck on a slim U-shaped metal leg, fitted with upright security stands so handsets stand at reading height and can be lifted and tilted. A dark media wall at the rear of the unit closes the sightline, and a seating point with stools lets customers sit while a contract or transfer is set up.

Production ran on the standard factory sequence: drawings approved before cutting, a pre-production sample in seven to ten days, custom casework in thirty to forty-five days, and KD flat-pack or assembled shipping from Guangzhou with spare parts and reorder support.
