Mobile Shop Fitting

A mobile shop fitting delivered for a network carrier’s retail store in Spain, covering an estimated 90 to 140 square metres. This was a turnkey commission: counters, wall display bays, the service desk and the ceiling light lines were designed, built and shipped by one team, so the store opened with a single visual identity rather than a joined-up mix of suppliers.

The colour programme is the point of the project. A dominant red runs across wall bays, counters and seating, cut by pink light lines and copper-gold metal framing, which lifts the red so the room does not close in. Curved feature walls replace right angles wherever a customer walks past one, and the same radius repeats in the counters.

Wall systems do most of the selling. Red radius-cornered bays sit recessed into the walls with LED strips inside the reveal, so handsets read against a lit background. A separate accessory wall uses clear acrylic peg panels standing off the red board, giving depth without solid shelving. Curved island counters — copper-gold side panels, red deck, acrylic glass showcase — carry the demo handsets and, on the service side, a wrapped red-and-gold front that reads as one continuous desk rather than a bought-in cabinet.

Presentation logic shifts zone by zone: dense pegboard for small accessories, sparse lit bays for flagship handsets, a seated position for plan sign-up. Lighting is layered in the same palette — pink linear cove lines for navigation, track spotlights for product, LED inside every showcase for correct screen colour.

Production followed standard factory sequence: drawings approved, pre-production sample in seven to ten days, custom casework in thirty to forty-five days, then KD flat-pack or assembled shipping from Guangzhou, with spare parts and reorder support.
