Candy Display Cabinet

This candy display cabinet project was built for a chocolate and confectionery boutique in the United States. The store leans on theatrical merchandising: a dark ceiling hung with oversized chocolate-drip props, warm spotlighting, and a run of glass-fronted cabinets that let boxed pralines and bars read like jewellery rather than groceries.

As a whole-store solution partner we engineered and fabricated the complete set — multi-tier glass display cabinets with sliding rear doors, a long timber-clad checkout counter with lockable drawer storage, solid-wood wall shelving behind the service line, plinths for gift boxes, and the hanging display frames that carry the decorative props.

Finishes run to espresso-stained wood, satin black metal frames, low-iron tempered glass and a cream terrazzo-look worktop. Each cabinet bay carries its own warm 3000K LED line so the chocolate keeps its colour instead of turning grey under cool light, and the glass shelves are set back from the front edge to protect product from knocks.

The plan keeps the room legible: cabinets hold the perimeter, a low centre island breaks up the browse route, and the checkout sits at the exit under a lit CHECK OUT fascia so queuing never blocks the displays. Rear sliding doors let staff restock without walking into the customer zone, and adjustable levelling feet handle uneven mall flooring.

Customization includes cabinet height and tier count, glass thickness, wood stain and frame colour, lock options, LED colour temperature, and the length of the checkout run. Factory drawings are confirmed against the shop plan before cutting.
