Project Overview

This retail design and build project covers the complete fixture set for a beauty and skincare brand concept in Asia. The production-floor images show every piece passing final QC inside our workshop — from the illuminated wall cabinets down to the mobile retail cart — confirming that one factory can deliver an entire store’s worth of custom millwork and metalwork under a single finish system.

As a whole-store solution partner, we engineered, fabricated and finish-matched every fixture type the concept required. One PO covered tall display cabinets with integrated LED coves, a circular experience island fitted with a rinse sink and rotating tiered trays, a canopy-topped mobile cart for flexible pop-up deployment, sloped-bin merchandising counters for small-SKU presentation, and long cashier counters with lockable drawer storage.

The retail store design anchors on a light-oak and champagne-gold material palette that reads as accessible luxury without overspending on solid brass or real stone. Every retail display stand design was built with brushed stainless steel uprights, soft-close drawer slides, and backlit shelving that makes product packaging glow under standard store ceiling heights. Countertops carry a white marble-look laminate that is easy to wipe clean between customer testers.

Delivery followed our standard retail design and build timeline — 7–10 day sampling for the circular island and cart, 30–45 days for the full production run including the illuminated tall cabinets, plus KD packing in plywood crates suitable for sea or air freight to mall fit-out sites or airport duty-free zones.

The complete fixture set left our QC floor fully assembled, electrically tested and hardware-checked, ready for fast on-site install. When a beauty brand needs one partner who can handle both the statement display piece and the utilitarian back counter, this is the production standard they receive.
