A smoke shop display cases order shipped to a retailer in the United States in 2022, produced as a matched wall-and-counter set in a single green and white palette. The client was refitting an existing unit and needed the new fixtures to sit under a low ceiling without crowding the aisle.

The back wall is built as a stack of framed boxes: green powder-coated outer frames, white interior decks, and a frosted header panel that carries the category name. Each box is self-contained, so bays can be added or removed without cutting the wall, and the frame line stays continuous whatever the bay count.

The counter below is a white glass case with a green plinth and a pink-toned LED toe-kick that was specified by the client for the store’s identity. Internal glass shelves are set on adjustable pins at fifty-millimetre increments, which lets the same case take tall hardware or flat boxes without a bespoke insert.

Both elements share one edge detail and one frame profile. That single decision is what stops a green wall and a white counter from looking like two purchases — the eye reads the profile before it reads the colour.

Factory sequence was standard: drawings approved, sample signed, production in thirty to forty-five days, shipped knock-down with assembly drawings and touch-up paint matched to the powder coat. Spare frame corners and shelf pins went with the consignment.
