Project Overview

This project covers a full set of retail store fixtures for a boutique dessert and bakery concept in Asia, from the food-grade kitchen work station through to the matching customer seating. The accompanying photos show the production-floor samples as they passed final QC inside our facility, demonstrating that every piece is engineered in one factory under one consistent material and finish system.

The whole-store solution paired warm cream-beige sintered stone and a peach-pink lacquer against 304 stainless steel, softening the cold industrial feel without losing the food-safe surfaces a dessert shop actually needs on the open prep counter. Soft curves run through the POS counter, the bucket stools and the curved end-cap display table — geometry that matches the rounded, friendly image a dessert brand usually wants to project. Each functional zone — order pickup, POS, display, BOH prep, on-floor seating — was given its own fixture type so the staff workflow reads clearly even in a small footprint.

Custom specifications covered the retail shop interior design dimensions: a multi-basin stainless prep island fitted with gooseneck faucets, a stone-faced POS with a brand signage panel and an integrated sink, a tiered step retail display cabinet with three rising tiers for cake and pastry presentation, a four-seat peach-lacquer centre island, low round travertine-look stools in the matching cream tone, and a black powder-coated steel railing to separate the queue zone from the seating area. All cabinet bodies are water-resistant MDF with lacquer finish; counter tops are 12 mm sintered stone or 304 stainless steel; hardware is soft-close throughout.

The project followed our standard retail design and build flow — 7–10 day sampling and approval, 20–25 days standard manufacturing with 30–45 days for the custom tiered cabinet and curved POS, plus packaging suitable for FOB Guangzhou or DDP shipping to overseas destinations. Production is supported by our in-house wood, metal, stone and spray workshops inside the same facility, which is what allows the material language to stay consistent across every fixture.

Because the whole set was made in one building under one QC chain, a brand can lock its look across a first store or a roll-out and rely on consistent finishes, repeatable tolerances and a single supplier handling logistics — exactly the model overseas confectionery and beverage start-ups ask for.
