Custom Jade Display Case

A custom jade display case project delivered for a jade and gemstone specialty boutique in Asia. The installation ran as a whole-store display furniture package: every display unit on the floor — counters, wall cabinets and feature displays — was designed, factory-built and delivered install-ready under one specification.

The layout pairs a run of three to four glass-top counters with lockable drawer bases across the sales floor, five illuminated wall niches for carved jade pieces, and a curved consultation counter sized for seated, one-to-one service. A backlit feature panel anchors the rear wall. Each jade showcase unit shares the same frame system, so bays can be rearranged as inventory changes without refabrication.

Materials follow a warm, high-contrast palette: champagne-gold finished steel frames, dark walnut veneer bases, tempered low-iron glass and black velvet liners. Lighting is layered — warm ambient downlights overhead, cooler integrated LED strips inside every gemstone display case — keeping jade translucency and color true at CRI 90+.

The merchandising logic runs on three levels: brand storytelling on the feature wall, considered viewing of carvings at eye level in the wall cabinets, and close inspection across the counter decks on velvet jewelry display trays. Dark backings deepen the green tones; open sightlines keep the full collection readable from the entrance.

Drawings are approved before production begins. A pre-production sample takes seven to ten days, custom casework thirty to forty-five days, and every unit ships flat-packed or fully assembled from our Guangzhou factory, with spare parts, repair guidance and reorder support after handover.
